The first thing I will say is, thank you very much for all the good service, especially Ismail, it is the second time that I visit this hotel and I always find myself with the selfless help of ismail. Maybe it would be good for the manager to raise his salary for his good work, since he manages to get people come back at this hotel again.
Maybe they could do more periodic maintenance in the bathrooms, just that.
